Hello, I'm sure Juliette covered this off in one of her videos and I've followed her suggestion and use a couple of pairs of nickers, first being one size smaller than my natural size then one of natural size. Has worked fine for me, comfortable, secure, feminine and no tape!
Admittedly took a few weeks to train the 'old fella' but once normalise became second nature. To give some back ground, was out this week spent 8-9 hours tucked, dancing, dinner and generally socialising and remained secure and flat. Decided also to spend this morning tidying up the garden tucked, 4-5 hours fairly vigous activity again comfortable and secure.
If you are UK based I've found M&S firm control briefs to be as good as anything, admittedly a bit more on the functional side, but I find they also give me a bit of hip & waist contouring, win, win.
Hope this helps,
Have fun, Stella
Hi and thanks for the question, as Stella said, I use a couple of pairs of knickers that are on the small side and don't have much 'give' in them. Cotton / lace knickers or anything that stretches too easily are a waste of time. If I need something else on top I may wear some Spanx or even a pair of tights that I've cut the legs off, just to help smooth out the appearance. However, some dresses are just incredibly unforgiving and you can't help but show some shape... If your tuck is good then it's basically just the pubic bone showing through. Watch my pink dress this Friday and you'll see what I mean, I would need to literally tape everything back like a drag queen to get a smooth appearance with that dress...
I will try to cover this off specifically in a video with some form of diagram etc. since I don't fancy giving a live demonstration :)
